Four personas, four moments from nt2.me
Scheduled3 min read By NT²
The help page names four people. Each one stands for a habit NT² is built to replace—not a marketing mascot.
Why names on a help page
nt2.me/help/use-cases is not a feature matrix. It is four recognizable moments:
| Name | Help-page headline | Pillar |
|---|---|---|
| Yuki | Production API keys—not Slack | Share · Store |
| Ana | ID scans—not LINE photos | Share · Present |
| Amara | One Bank item to family—not whole vault | Share |
| Luis | Mortgage proof—not full PDF | Present |
We have written long-form versions of the share headlines on this blog. This post fills in the companion store moments from the same help table—rotation after a leak, passport renewal abroad, rent IBAN copy, tenant address proof—so each persona has a complete arc.
Yuki — after the leak, not before the next paste
The Slack story is I pasted the API key in Slack. Yuki’s second moment is quieter: Stripe or GitHub rotated keys after an incident, and they still live in a .env snippet titled prod_final_v3.
NT² stores them as labeled Credential items—masked, copy-once, clipboard clear, auto-lock. When the contractor needs access, Yuki sends one item via encrypted link or vault-to-vault (production keys to a co-founder—same shape, different trust).

Ana — passport renewal, not only landlord ID
The LINE and WhatsApp stories are ID photos on messaging apps and landlord asks for ID on LINE. Ana’s store moment is the embassy queue: passport number, expiry, scans—in one Document item, offline at the appointment (embassy appointment, no signal; consulate with no signal).
Share and Present still apply when someone must see proof. Store applies when you must find it with two bars of signal.

Amara — copy IBAN once, not another group screenshot
The family share story is Split rent without screenshotting banking apps—and the LINE group variant in The rent screenshot in the LINE group. Amara’s store moment on the help page is simpler: monthly rent to a Berlin landlord needs an IBAN, not a banking-app JPEG.
One Bank item. Copy IBAN. Clipboard wipes in thirty seconds. No message in chat history that outlives the lease.
When her brother needs the same digits every month, vault-to-vault share beats re-copying—but the first habit is structured storage, not screenshot ritual.

Luis — present less at the broker and the landlord
Luis’s blog arc is two Present moments:
- Mortgage — They only needed the last four digits
- Tenancy — Prove address, hide account number
Same person, same pillar: the verifier needed employer + partial digits or issuer + partial account—not a twelve-page PDF or a banking screenshot in email.

Pre-launch honesty
NT² Vault is in active development and not open to the public yet. Personas on nt2.me describe design intent and shipped codebase capabilities—not a tutorial you can run today.
When the vault opens at se.nt2.me, these names should still point to habits, not mascots.
